Made-to-order means we can't do casual returns — but we absolutely fix what's wrong:
- Damaged, misprinted, or wrong item: send a photo within 30 days and we replace it free. No shipping-it-back ceremony.
- Size didn't work: check the size chart on every product page first — garment-dyed heavyweights fit true. If you're stuck, contact us and we'll figure something out like humans.
- Closed drops: replacements for defects, yes — but a closed drop is never reprinted for size swaps. That scarcity is real for everyone, including you.
